We first met the Hannas in 2023 to help them understand their home’s value and work through some numbers, and it just wasn’t the right time for them to make a move. Fast forward 3 years to when one perfect home hits the market, and they were ready! Buying and selling a home at the same time can be a bit stressful, and we’re glad we could smooth the way.
